Thank you for shopping at moni.bg! We believe in fast, secure and convenient delivery to every corner of the country. Below, you’ll find essential information regarding payment methods and shipping conditions.

1.Payment Methods:

  • Cash on delivery – upon receipt of the shipment;

  • Credit/Debit Card – via a secure Virtual POS system;

  • Bank Transfer – after placing an order, you will receive the bank details.

2.Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped via the courier company Econt Express to an address or office of your choice.

  • Delivery Times:

  • Sofia – within 3 business days;

  • Rest of the country – within 5 business days.

  • In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.

3.Shipping Cost:

  • Orders under 69 BGN – fixed delivery cost: 6 BGN (within Bulgaria).

  • Orders over 69 BGN – free delivery.

  • Prices apply to retail customers.

4.Discounts:

When there are active promotions, the system automatically applies the highest discount for a given product. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same item.

5.Important Delivery Information:

To ensure correct processing and delivery of your order, please:

Provide accurate name, phone number and shipping address;

Make sure someone (you or an authorized person) is present at the address on the day of delivery;

After finalizing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number to follow your shipment.

6.Upon Receiving the Shipment:

Pay the cash on delivery amount (if applicable);

Check the integrity of the product in the presence of the courier, especially for fragile items;

If the item is damaged, request a damage report (bilateral protocol) from the courier – this will ensure your order is replaced.

7.Additional Conditions:

Orders with incomplete or incorrect data will not be processed and do not bind moni.bg to fulfillment.
